After she quit her corporate career to improve her health after struggling with both burnout and the early onset of menopause at 44. Melissa realised there was a total lack of awareness on the many impacts of menopause at work and decided to do something to change that.
Melissa is driven to help both women and workplaces thrive. She challenges the wider world to view menopause as a workplace talent as well as an inclusion and wellbeing opportunity.
Melissa pioneered flexible work, gender pay equality and paid parental leave whilst in her corporate career. She has a strong track record for improving inclusion and diversity within organisations through developing managers, management style and organisational culture.
