VETERAN PEOPLE & PERFORMANCE LEADER

I'm Melissa MacGowan

After over20 years developing talent and teams to perform at their peak in complex, diverse MNC environments, my life took an unexpected turn. I was faced with a change that caught me completely off-guard. Menopause affected my health, career and family. I realised the lack of awareness was negatively impacting women and workplaces. I founded Meno Collective because menopause is a workplace commercial, cultural and well-being opportunity.

I used my personal struggles as a c-suite executive to research extensively and assemble a remarkable team of menopause experts, medical practitioners and coaches. We partner with workplaces to unlock the menopause advantage.  We'll show you how menopause can be a superpower to increase productivity, retention and inclusion whilst reducing financial loss and employment risk.

READ MY STORY

“Through customised staff presentations Meno Collective brought awareness to our whole team, men and women, about the impact menopause can have on everyone (not just women of a certain age)! Feedback from the team was overwhelmingly positive. Together we have started a conversation and made Very Special Kids stronger through education, understanding and enhancing workplace inclusion, engagement and well-being"
